Mayfair venue, Quaglino’s, known for its live music and summer parties, is hosting Q Icons this Summer, a celebration of iconic musicians, chefs, mixologists and artists.
The sensational Glennis Grace, best known for her Eurovision and America’s Got Talent appearances, opened the Q Icons series.
The evening paid homage to one of music’s biggest icons – Whitney Houston. The versatile Glennis performed a medley of Whitney’s hits with some Tina Turner and Amy Winehouse; an indication of the eclectic summer of music ahead.
Eight more Q Icon’s evenings
There are eight more Q Icon’s evenings following the opening party, including Celebrating Frank Sinatra, Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner and The Beatles to name a few highlights.
Guests will be entertained by live performances whilst sampling new menus from executive chef, Nuno Goncalves, paired with a bespoke Q Icons Wine List, curated by Quaglino’s Head Sommelier and featuring his take on some of the world’s iconic wines.
