Ross PollardThere is just over a month to go until London Fashion Week Men’s and the team at Candid will be back at Century Club for the spring/summer 2018 Grooming Room – the now famous, invitation-only pampering hub for models, celebrities, influencers and fashion editors.

Between catwalk shows and presentations, the team at Candid will be at Soho’s most exclusive members’ club, where a dedicated, luxury space will be kitted out for downtime indulgence. The Grooming Room, which has been trending on social media for the last two seasons, will have us mingling with VIPs, and relaxing in the expertly-curated space with a mix of complimentary services: hair styling, wet shaves, beard styling, eyebrow shaping, manicures and more. There will also be an edit menswear and accessories brands to discover as well.

Daily cocktail evenings will cap off full days of shows (and report filing); and all-day, every day there will a line-up of famous DJs from our favourite station: Hoxton Radio, who will be spinning tunes and broadcasting their shows live, which means impromptu interviews with Grooming Room guests.

To kick it off, we’ll hold our star-studded launch party on the roof terrace of Century Club with drinks partner CÎROC, to celebrate not just the launch of the Grooming Room, but to usher in the new issue of Candid Magazine – The Luxury Issue. We’ll also have DJ sets from The Scheme’s Kris James and Hoxton Radio’s ‘The Preshaah’.

Century Club
Hailed as London’s ‘best kept secret,’ Century Club is a multi-level private members’ space, decorated in Prohibition-style and hidden behind a discreet door on Shaftesbury Avenue. Since its opening in 2001, it has welcomed a select membership base of movers and shakers from arts, media and entertainment. Cocktails, gourmet gastronomy and a chic setting are what have solidified Century as a haven for the fashion crowd.
